Good morning everyone. Happy Friday! As you read this I'm on my way back to you all, so I will be back in PA Saturday and in school Monday. Today for class though you have the entire day to work on your Screen Print or Type Search. I will show you all how to print on Monday so if you get everything done and are ready you could be printing early in the week next week. Obviously you can use the time to work on the Type Search as well, but the Screen Print should be the top priority as it will be do first. There is a Things You Should Know About Type handout that the sub should have for you, just ask and she can give it to you. This acts as a quick reference for when you do the search or a study guide to prepare for the quiz that will be coming eventually. That's all that I have for you today. Hope you have a great day and I'll see you on Monday!

Happy Friday, hope it's been a good one so far for each of you. Today I have a short lesson for you to watch on White Balance. The first link below will take you to the video of the lesson. This ties directly into next week's photo assignment, which is to use white balance to intentionally create a color cast or color filter to exaggerate a feel. The second link below describes the assignment. You will only need to take 3 photos this week, but each are worth 10 points. I would like you to take time to think about how you can build a photo to use a cold color cast on a sad photo, a warm color cast on a happy photo, etc. We can talk more about it next week when I'm back too. The rest of the time in class today is yours to work on your folded card, or the lens flare background. Hope you have a great day and I'll see you on Monday!
