The winners...

10/25/2022

First I have to say that I had a lot of people from my other classes that have voted numerous marking periods for these photos, like my homeroom. I had many comments from these students about how much more difficult it was to choose from this group that in past groups. I totally agree! You all nailed this and made this a tough competition! There were still some photos that stood out more than others, like the rainbow light trail that took first place. This was Owen's entry. The skeleton in the smoke was Gabby's and took second place. Brionna captured the fall waterfall shot and took third place while Olivia's fire was fourth. By a few votes was Nadia's orange flower photo in fifth. Finally, tied for sixth place is Kyara's pup and Ciarra's sunset. Congratulations to these winner's and props to everyone who entered a photo for the competition! Winner's come see me about how you would like to proceed for the final!

Apologies guys! I have a daughter at home that we believe has strep throat so I'm home with her today. This just provides you with time to work on your calendar (all the way through proofing), your Lens Flare Background and the Collage. If you have back work to do, this would be a great day to do that as well, including making proof sheets for photos that you have turned in but haven't proofed yet. If everything is done, you can even use the resources on Schoology to study for the final. Remember that tomorrow and Monday we will have class in room 419, the same place that you go for AP if you come to visit me. Hope you have a great day today!
