Good morning everyone. Hope you are enjoying staying in your PJ's this morning. Obviously we will not be having a Meet today, but I do have some things planned for you today. Please us this time to make a proof sheet for this week's photos... Depth of Field. It won't take long but I also have a video for you to watch about White Balance. Then the rest of the time you can use to work on back work, because a lot of you have plenty of it to do, or finish up the lens flare project. That's all I have for you work wise today. Please use the time that you have becasue time is ticking and we still have lots more new work to start!
Next weeks photo assignment is Happy Holidays. Christmas, Hanuka, Kwanzaa, Festivus, Winter Solstice, or just holiday decorations, whatever your December thing, take photos of/for it. We are going to use these photos to make a Christmas or Holiday card. One photo will go in the background of the card and the other will be inside the text of the card. I have some examples of the card here. Notice that some are not Christmas. It would be weird to have you unpack Christmas decorations and make a Christmas card in May, so some of the examples are from other holidays. Either way, take a look at the examples. They may help you to choose what to shoot! Hope you all have a great day and fantastic weekend!

Good afternoon everyone. Hope all is well at your house today and that you are enjoying being a little more comfortable at home for school. I've been doing some grading lately and have noticed that there are a good amout of missing assignments out there right now. We have 19 days left and our two largest projects are yet to be started so if you haven't completed older assignments, you will have to work on these while still moving forward with new, upcoming projects. I'm worried for you if you have a lot to do to catch up! So I'm making today any easy day in hopes that you will use the remaining time to catch up. So what do I want you to do? Well after choosing your advertisement and saving it, I had asked you to start analyzing it. I will be asking you to make a screen recording of you analyzing how it uses each POD. This is similar to the one that I had you watch yesterday in class. Here it is again. Today I would like you to experiment with recording a screen cast. I use Screencast-o-matic, but there are lots of other free ones out there. If you have one that you are already familiar with and would like to use, feel free. So today I want you to find, use and experiment with Screencast-o-matic. Don't forget to turn in your time sheet too! Have a great day and a fantastic weekend!
