Hello photographers. Hope you enjoyed the snow day yesterday. I can't lie... I'm glad I missed it :D Winter could be over and we could jump right into summer weather without me shedding a tear! Thanks for all of the email questions that I have received from you. I'm happy to respond and keep you on track and moving forward with your projects. I love that your engaged and working hard! I have backed up the logo to today because of the snow. I also backed up the first two touch ups accordingly as well.
For those that have completed the logo and are working on touch ups, the next touch up is make skin look smooth and silky. It's done with smart layers... a layer were the adjustment is made and can be changed or deleted. This helps to get around the 30 undo limit that Photoshop has, since the layer is where the change is made. I call this smart blur since we are blurring the skin. For this to really work, only the skin should have the blur on it!!! Otherwise, the photo just looks like a blurry, hot mess! With just the skin softened, pores, blemishes, etc are not visible.
