This means that you have the day to continue to work on your Notepad if it's not done or to plan for your screen print. Draw your thumbnails, rough, vector your comprehensive, and email me and Mr. Kevin Miller the Ai file so we can create a positive. I truly hope and believe things will be well and I'll see you Wednesday.
Periods 3 & 5
Good morning everyone. I wanted to update you on my situation. Over the weekend I was helping a friend with a project when I severely cut up my thumb on a saw. I won't go into a lot of detail to spare you from the gore but there is a good bit of damage. I'm fine, nothing remotely close to life threatening or anything but despite two doctor visits I'm still losing blood and experiencing significant pain. Sooooo, I won't see you today, but hopefully tomorrow. I'm sorry that I can't help you today and I wanted to explain why.
So for today, I want to talk about wrapping up the calendar. If/when the design is done you need to proof it. To do this you'll need to make PNG's of the pages and make the proof in Bridge. This page will explain it. Everyone will need to proof their calendar when they are done with it. Print the proof and examine it for anything that could be improved... additional strokes or boxes that shouldn't be there, color that is too bright or dark, whatever could be better and then fix it in InDesign. I truly hope and believe things will be well and I'll see you Wednesday.
